A custom transport frame was designed to safely move the Wet Screen with its wheel assemblies still attached, using 50mm profile-cut plates to locate the wheels and secure the asset during transport.

The drawing team upgraded the Screen Discharge Hood drawing pack from legacy 1971 hand drawings, modernising materials, capturing site modifications, certifying lifting points, and remodelling the full assembly to improve detail quality and practical usability.

3D scan data was used to capture the warped bucket wheel surface and model 36 unique stiffener plates, each profiled to suit its exact location and documented with in-house detail drawings.
