Environmental Initiatives

Our commitment to environmental initiatives has earned Cays a level 2B certification through Steel Sustainability Australia. To learn more visit the SSA website.

Up-Skilling

To ensure our team members are equipped to take care of their roles, Cays regularly arranges and encourages staff development. Training is provided in areas such as safety, project management & software operation. Many of our staff have taken advantage of this push and received qualifications.

Software Integration

Our pursuit of streamlined and efficient systems flows into our two project software packages of choice: StruMIS and Cheops. While these software platforms serve unique purposes, our integration of both systems in tandem is industry-leading.

Power BI & Digital Tracking

All of our projects are tracked in real time using a unique barcode system. This system, paired with capability of Microsoft Power BI means our project managers can monitor a job’s progress through our workshop at any time, using just their smartphones!
