Wet Screen Transport Frame

To enable safe transport of the Wet Screen from site to our premises for refurbishment we were asked to design a custom transport frame to suit the asset

To reduce down time it was preferred that the wheel assemblies on the 4 corners remain attached during transport. We were presented with an interesting challenge - since there was limited safe points for the Wet Screen to rest on the frame how would we keep the asset secure under transport conditions.

The solution was to sit the wheels within 50mm thick profile cut plates, then lash the Wet Screen securely to the frame.
