GENERAL FABRICATION

We have the largest and most modern Heavy Engineering facility between Kwinana and Bunbury, with 40T Crane capacity and 8.5m under hook height, and extensive experience in the Fabrication of Hoppers, Chutes, Silos, Conveyors, General Plate and Mechanical Structure.

ON SITE INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE AND SHUT DOWN

With a fleet of fully equipped Site Vehicles, licenced 10T BHB Crane, 12T Linmac AWD Crane and a team of experience tradesmen, we offer a comprehensive “on site” service backed up by our modern workshop facilities.

STRUCTURAL FABRICATION

Cays Engineering has a long standing proven track record in the fabrication of medium and heavy structural steel.

PIPE FABRICATION

Detailing, supply, manufacture and installation of all types of spooling to various codes as well as pressure vessels.

MECHANICAL FABRICATION/FITTING

We have extensive experience in Mechanical Fabrication and Fitting of conveyors – belt and vibrating, elevators, bin activators, lime slakers and rock breakers.

WELDING, INSPECTION AND NDT

Welding qualifications and procedures can be tailored to suit individual client requirements with welding processes such as FCAW, MWAW, GMAW and SAW. We also provide complete weld inspection and testing services and PWHT if required.

MINING

Fabrication and repair of rotable spares, chute design and fabrication, shuttle fabrication and fit out of conveying and mechanical components, heavy duty bins and mining equipment, specialised heavy mechanical fabrication and fitting, wet and dry vibrating screens, anti-corrosion fabrication i.e. stainless and 3Cr, refurbishment of capital spares i.e. bucket wheels, screens etc. We work with our clients to provide a competitive and quality service, ensuring all requirements are achieved to the highest standards with an agreed time scale.
